Mark has a new hobby. It's watching a music video called "I Wanna Love You Tender", which, incidentally, is listed as one of You Tube's Worst Music Video Ever. Should that tell us something? Like, don't watch it, for one? And definitely don't watch it more than once!? Or at least more than once an hour? Please, someone agree with me...
I can't quite tell his motive. It could be
1. Drive me crazy
2. Set off new waves of IBS from laughing so hard
3. Memorize the words to inflict pure torture on me at some future time when we have our piano back. (He will just need to find some red pants first.)
And, no, Mark, I won't allow you to dress up like the lead male singer for Halloween. And don't even ask if I will...I won't.
I move that we rename this movie "I Wanna drive you crazy in three minutes and forty-three seconds."

You're right, it is the worst music video of all time. And of course the red pants and dancing would appeal to Mark- since my very first (and therefore most appropriate) memory of him is that picture Krista had up her freshman year of them in their dance class, and Mark was wearing plaid reddish pants and in a disco pose. (And Krista was wearing that green dress of Mom's). Wow. I didn't know laughing could bring on waves of IBS, but I would sure like to see a little rendition of this music video from Mark (he can partially pay off some of the ballet he owes me).
Yay, I found you guys too! No more hiding out- your blog is waaaay to funny to not be read by the greater public! I love crazy music videos. If you guys think this one is bad, I HIGHLY suggest you look up one of my fav videos of all time, David Hasselhoff (lovingly called "the Hoff" by all those who adore) :) singing "Hooked on a feeling". It's awesome. Hold out till the end, cause there's a great part with a giant fish. Oh, and be forewarned that this song is so catchy, I find myself singing it subconsciously. It's awful. And embarrassing.
I can't believe I bit on this and actually clicked on the link. Is that Luke Skywalker singing and are they dancing on the deck of the Death Star?
Be warned, anyone who thinks of "biting" Trine's suggestion to watch "The Hoff"...I've had his song (and super cheesy face) in my head for way too long. And, yes, I think the "Love me tender" guy is some sort of wanna-be-Luke-Skywalker. As to the location of the super cheesy stage...my guess is, someone's garage!
