Taking a baby's handprint is harder than you'd think.
And, for the record, I only applied paint to one tiny baby hand. HE did the rest himself. Our own little Jackson Pollock, in the flesh. Or on the flesh.
Happy surviving month one! You made one good looking man child!!! I think this is his way of celebrating, after all he knows he only has a few more years left where you can blog about these happenings without being chastened.
Ha! This post reminds me of your post about Lily's passport photo attempts ("Identifying features: Can usually be found sucking a pacifier?") Too hilarious. Christian is one cute baby, green paint and all!
it is super hard! I've made that mistake as well, you can't get them to open up their tiny little hand! I love the second picture where his face looks like "bleh!"

Yes. We do feet prints in this family until they are about 2. Hmm. Even after they are 2 the paint seems to get all over.
