The vomit scale

How is it that when your own kid pukes 10 times in one night (the number of dirty bowls in my sink let me know it truly was 10), it's like a 8 out of 10 on the lameness scale....

But when a neighbor kid barfs once in your car, it's 12 out of 10 on the same scale?

That is one of the 600 reasons why I will never run a day care out of my home.

Well that is not a good way to start the day. I've heard that one day you'll look back at those barf buckets and miss these days.......one day.....one day.....

HA- so true!!! And why are car seats SO hard to take apart and clean? They should do something about that!

Vomit, no matter who it came from, is always a 20 on the scale of 1-10 for me. Just thinking about it makes me queasy.

If you can deal with it, especially when it's not your kids' puke, you should be greatly rewarded.

Have some chocolate. You deserve it.

So sorry! Have you vomited because your child was vomiting? I am afraid of that happening some day...how are you feeling, and when is that "BABY DUE"...know the comedian?

Oh my! There is one thing I can't handle and that's vomit. I've told Mike a million times that when our kids are sick with the flu, he WILL be staying home to take care of them. When I smell throw up, I throw up. When I see someone vomit, I vomit. It would not have been a pretty sight for me to have been there!

We missed you when we came to visit. Hopefully we'll get to see you and that cute baby bump you've got by now :) Boys are awesome! Have you started thinking of names yet?
